Does everyone need to sign a waiver?
ANY AGE can enter our Haunted Houses, but YES, all guests 13 and over must complete a digital waiver. You will be verified, by name, at the Ticket Booth upon arrival. Online Tickets are sent the link upon purchase or QR codes are available at arrival, to complete the digital form. It is simple and easy to complete. The same as other live-entertainment venues now require.
What is the Beast Jump?
The Beast Jump is a REAL, Free-Fall Jump from the actual Roof of Beast House. Ages 13-17 must have a parent or guardian on-site to participate.
If it’s raining, are you still open?
Yes, we are open regardless of weather. The Beast House is within the actual plantation-home, so it is indoors.
If I get too scared, can I get a refund?
No. All Ticket Sales are final – onsite and online.
What are the VIP & Immediate Entry ticket options?
A “VIP” ticket allows you to save time by skipping the General Admission waiting line for entry into BOTH walk-thru Attractions – Beast House & CHAOS. An “Immediate Entry” Ticket allows entry to an exclusive line ensuring you’re the next group inside for both Attractions.
Will I get a ticket if I’m in the Ticket Booth line at closing time?
Yes. If you are in the ticket booth line at closing time, you WILL be able to receive your ticket, but the Ticket Booth closes at its scheduled time every night. The Attractions stay open until the final victim is slaughtered or escapes.
Is the Beast House really haunted?
Yes. Various organizations have confirmed paranormal activity relating to the Ketchum Family here. The History of this property is deep with written records dating back to the 1800’s.
What is the Beast Challenge?
This is an optional, additional Attraction where if you successfully complete it, you will get your Haunted House & Challenge Admission ($40) back! Participants must be 18 years or older and sign a waiver. Click on the “Attractions” link above to learn more.
Are there other haunted houses near the Beast House?
Yes, the Beast House is only 10 minutes from Downtown Nashville, near Madison and Goodlettsville.

Do you sell other things on site?
Yes, we have drinks and snacks for sale. We also have a Gift Shop with shirts, shot glasses, lanyards and other souvenir merchandise.
How many Haunted Houses do you have on site?
We have 2 walk-thru Haunted Houses (Beast House & CHAOS) with 3 additional Experiences Included With All Tickets – Monster Museum, Jack O Lantern Light Show & ICONS of Horror Air Displays. Mord Attractions Are Offered For An Additional Fee – Axe Throwing, Beast Jump & Challenge. There are NO age restriction for the Haunted Houses but all guests age 13 and up must complete a digital waiver.
Was there a Book written about The Beast House?
Multiple accurate, historical records exist referencing the original Beast House and its terrifying past. However, a popular, purely fictional book (released 1986) was NOT based on actual events of the property. The well-known Beast House name was used but the characters and content of the book is NOT historically accurate. Can I only go through the Haunted Houses and NOT do the Money Back Challenge?
Yes. In fact, most visitors choose to experience only the Haunted Houses and Beast Jump (or pay to laugh and WATCH those who take the Challenge). The Challenge is separate from the Haunted Houses and is purely optional.
